U Stay App Details

The U Stay hotel app lets hotels cost effectively create highly individual apps that reflect their high brand standards. The U Stay platform reduces development costs for hotels without sacrificing quality, advanced features, or customization. The tabs represented below show the basic structure of the U Stay mobile app, however you can create your app as you choose and re-name, duplicate, add and delete tabs. You control all your content with our content management system.

The U Stay content management system is easy to use. However, we work closely with you throughout the life of your app. We provide technical and marketing support before, during, and after you launch your app. We can guide you through the process or take a more active role in your deployment if you need us to.

Customizable 'Welcome' Tab

The welcome page is completely customizable. You can display any image or content you choose. You can display a full-page image or divide the page into separate panels with up to nine links. You can include a 'Book' button, which will link directly to your hotel booking engine where guests can view room availability and make a reservation.

Hotel Room Tab

The Hotel Tab lets guests preview room options. You highlight your rooms with photos, pricing, and marketing copy. You can provide guests with multiple booking options. And make it easy for them to share your information using social media directly from within your app.

 

 

Events Tab

The Events tab lets you post event information about meetings, weddings, and other special events in your hotel. You can include agendas, locations, and itineraries to help guests manage their time.

Local Map Tab

This tab displays an interactive map that will help your guests find their way around your city or town. You can choose which area attractions you would like to place on the map, including restaurants, bars, shopping centers, cultural venues and more.

 

'Book a Room' or Reservation Tab.

You can place a 'Book' button on your welcome page that links directly to the same hotel booking engine used on your website. You can use your current booking engine. There's no need to modify it in any way. Of course, the ideal situation is to optimize your booking engine for mobile, but it is not a requirement.

Multilingual Functionality

Your hotel can enter your content in multiple languages. When a guest downloads your U Stay hotel app, they will be prompted to choose from the selection of languages that you have provided them.

Google Analytics Tracking

With Google Analytics installed, you can see how guests are using your U Stay hotel app. You will be able to monitor user behavior, view app usage statistics, and access reports.
